30-day returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, used or unused, as long as it is complete (including the controller and power adapter).

How to start a return

1. Email support@gofastbuy.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer except for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, where we cover it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a faulty item. There are no restocking fees.

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full before the item ships.

12-month limited warranty

Heated items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and electrical defects from the delivery date. If a controller, heating element, or wiring fails in normal use, we replace the item free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage from washing with the controller attached, cutting or piercing the fabric, use with a non-supplied power adapter, or normal cosmetic wear.

Faulty electrical items

Stop using any heated item that shows a hot spot, a damaged cord, exposed wiring, or a burning smell, unplug it, and email support@gofastbuy.com immediately. We will replace it and cover return shipping.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable US state or federal consumer law.
