GoFastBuy ("we") collects and uses personal information to sell and ship products to you. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Order information — name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment confirmation (we never see or store full card numbers).
- Device and usage information — pages viewed, referring site, browser, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications — emails and messages you send us, and your marketing preferences.
Why we use it
To process and ship orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and chargebacks, comply with tax and legal obligations, measure how our site and advertising perform, and — only with your consent — send marketing emails or SMS.
Who we share it with
Shopify (our store platform and payment processor), our fulfilment and shipping partners, our email/SMS platform, and analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sharing" of your data, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the cart and checkout, and analytics and advertising cookies where you allow them. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention and security
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, normally seven years, and marketing data until you unsubscribe. Data is stored on Shopify's infrastructure with encryption in transit.
Children
Our site is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
