When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–9 business days after dispatch — normally 6–11 business days from ordering. Every order ships with tracking.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders $75 and over. $5.95 under $75. US addresses only for now.

How warm does it get, and is it safe to leave on?

Four levels, warm in about three minutes, and an automatic shut-off after 90 minutes. Start on the lowest level; warmth should feel pleasant, never hot. Read our Product Safety & Care page before first use.

Can I wash it?

Yes — detach the controller first, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, and air dry flat.

Is this a medical device?

No. It is a comfort and warmth product, and we make no medical or therapeutic claims.

Can I return it if I do not like it?

Yes — 30 days from delivery, used or unused, as long as the item is complete. Heated items also carry a 12-month warranty against electrical and manufacturing defects.

Which set should I buy?

Most people are happiest with the Warm Duo ($94) — shoulder wrap plus foot warmer. If you mainly want desk comfort, the Desk Comfort Set ($84) pairs the wrap with the footrest.
