Shipping Policy
All orders ship from the United States to US addresses only at this time.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders $75 and over.
- Standard shipping is $5.95 on orders under $75.
Processing and delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
- Standard delivery is normally 5–9 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 6–11 business days of ordering.
- If we cannot ship your order within 30 days of purchase, we will contact you with a revised date and you may accept it or cancel for a full refund.
- Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.
Addresses we cannot serve yet
We currently do not ship to PO boxes outside the contiguous US, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@gofastbuy.com with your order number and we will replace or refund it.
