Our heated products are comfort and warmth products, not medical devices. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Before first use

• Unfold the item completely and check the fabric, cord, and controller for damage.
• Use only the power adapter supplied in the box.
• Plug directly into a wall outlet where possible; avoid daisy-chained extension leads.

While in use

• Never use the item folded, bunched, rolled, wet, or covered by another blanket.
• Do not sit or lie on the heating panel or place heavy objects on it.
• Do not use on anyone who is asleep, on a child, on a pet, or on anyone who cannot feel heat or tell you they are uncomfortable.
• Start on the lowest level. Warmth should feel pleasant, never hot. Unplug if any spot feels hot.
• The item shuts off automatically after 90 minutes. Unplug it when you are finished.

Stop and contact us immediately if

you notice a hot spot, discoloured or scorched fabric, a damaged or frayed cord, exposed wiring, sparking, or a burning smell. Unplug the item, stop using it, and email support@gofastbuy.com — we will replace it and cover return shipping.

Washing

• Always detach the controller before washing. Never submerge the controller or plug.
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, mild detergent, no bleach or fabric softener.
• Air dry flat. Do not tumble dry, iron, dry clean, or wring.
• Make sure the item is completely dry before reconnecting the controller.

Storage

Roll loosely rather than folding sharply, and store somewhere dry with nothing heavy on top.

Who should ask a doctor first

If you are pregnant, have diabetes, reduced skin sensation, circulation problems, or an implanted medical device, speak to your doctor before using any heated product.
