Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a price or product description was published in error, and will refund you in full if we do.

Product use and safety

Our heated products are comfort and warmth products. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Follow the instruction and warning labels supplied with each item. Do not use heated items on someone who is asleep, unable to feel heat, unable to respond to discomfort, or on a child, and do not use them while folded, bunched, wet, or with a power adapter we did not supply.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

Reviews and submissions

Reviews on this site come from verified buyers of the exact product shown. We do not edit, delete, or reorder reviews on the basis of how positive they are, and we do not offer incentives in exchange for a positive rating.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
